Cortisol is a hormone which plays an important role in the body's response to stress. High levels of cortisol are correlated with anxiety.

Research suggests that ashwagandha decreases cortisol levels. This, in turn, can help ease symptoms of anxiety. Study participants taking ashwagandha reported feeling more relaxed and mentally calm, with significant reductions in depression, anxiety, social dysfunction, physical symptoms, and insomnia. 


Each person's physical and biochemical makeup is unique. Therefore, symptom relief varies from person to person. Effects can be substantial and rapid, or subtle and gradual.

 

 

   HOW TO USE   


Our Pumpkin Spice Bath Bombs are formulated as topical treatments to be administered as-needed. Once dissolved in bath water, ashwagandha in the Bath Bombs are absorbed through the skin’s surface. 

 

FOR ANXIETYUse at the onset of anxiety symptoms, or as a preventative treatment.

 

Dissolve a Bath Bomb in warm bath water. Soak in the bath for at least 30 minutes to allow for optimal absorption. 

 

 

   DOSAGE   

 

General Recommended Dose = 1 bath bomb

 

We recommend a dose of 450MG Ashwagandha (1 bath bomb) to manage effects of anxiety.
